Ralston Rentals LLC is a small family owned company. We renovate each of our properties and maintain each of our properties as if we lived there. It is our belief that if we treat our properties kindly and maintain them that our tenants will too. We have rarely been disappointed.
ABOUT US
My husband Bruce and I run our business as if our tenants are an extended family. We know them all by name, and also their pets if they should have one. We have enjoyed renovating and beautifying our properties since we bought them in 2012. Our tenants will often see us working around the properties, and adding touches reminiscent of home.
The majority of our properties are indeed located in Ralston where we live. With the exception of Leo's Landing, in the Bemis Park Neighborhood. Our tenants at Leo's Landing are particularly fond of the dog run, and most of our Ralston tenants enjoy our membership to the Oak Hills Pool in Ralston. And everyone in Ralston loves the parade on the 4th of July.
We realize people have many choices where to live, and we are happy to partner with the tenants we have to make it the most positive experience we can. Growing up in this business as a second generation property owner gives us insight on what people are truly looking for- a comfortable home. Ralston Rentals joyfully provides many types- single family, duplexes, and apartments.
